Dr. Michelle Cavaliere, PhD, LMHC, QSP, CFMHE, CST, MCAP
Meet Dr. Michelle Cavaliere. Dr. Cavaliere is a highly qualified professional with a diverse range of expertise. She holds licenses as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Sex Therapist (CST), Certified Master Level Addiction Professional (MCAP). She holds a PhD in Clinical Sexology and is a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator.
With a specialization in trauma therapy and certification in EMDR series I and II, Dr. Cavaliere brings invaluable insights to her practice. Her professional journey is underscored by a rich business background, boasting over 17 years of experience in the franchise industry. Notably, she represented women in small businesses as a member of the International Franchise Association and served as the Vice President of Product Development for the New York area.
Dr. Cavaliere's commitment to making a difference extends to her work in developing Trauma Focused Programs for veterans in West Palm Beach, Florida. Her approach to therapy is grounded in the Psychoanalytic framework, thoughtfully incorporating the Wellness Model, Behavioral Approach, and Assessments into her clinical practices.

Dr. Madison Peluso, Ph.D.,RMHCI, MCAP, CMAS-1 Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Madison Peluso is a dedicated Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a wealth of experience in the Behavioral Health field, a career she has pursued since 2015. Throughout her journey, Madison has gained extensive expertise in various facets of mental health, substance use, sexual health, out of control sexual behavior and addressing sexual dysfunction across diverse professional settings.
Madison's commitment to her field recently culminated in a significant achievement—earning her Doctorate in Clinical Sexology, a testament to her unwavering dedication and pursuit of excellence in her chosen field.
Passionate and empathetic, Madison is deeply committed to working alongside individuals and couples as they navigate their unique challenges and strive for personal growth and well-being. Her approach is characterized by its directness, allowing clients to make meaningful progress toward their clinical goals with clarity and purpose.

Lisa
Meet Lisa, our beloved senior Staffordshire Terrier Mix, whose heartwarming story embodies the spirit of resilience and positivity. Lisa's journey began when she was rescued from the Gulf Coast Humane Society, and she has since embarked on a remarkable path to becoming a Service Animal.
Lisa's age hasn't deterred her in the slightest. In fact, she's a shining example of unwavering positivity. Regardless of the challenges that come her way, Lisa greets each one with an enthusiastic tail wag of excitement. Her boundless optimism is infectious, brightening the lives of everyone fortunate enough to meet her.
Through her training to become a Service Animal, Lisa is not only transforming her own life but also serving as an inspiration to all who encounter her. She teaches us that age is no barrier to learning and growth, and that a positive attitude can conquer any obstacle.
